Terms and Conditions - General

1. All clients will be deemed to have accepted Lady & Lead's terms and conditions (as laid out here).
2. Full payment for services is to be made via bank transfer, with cleared funds before the services are provided or by cash on the first day of service provision.
3. The client must provide all items necessary for pets to be adequately cared for in the client's absence. (i.e., food, medication, leads, tags, collars, cat litter etc).
4. The client must provide Lady & Lead with the name and contact number of someone capable of making a decision relating to the pet(s) in an emergency. If the contact is not available Lady & Lead reserves the right to consult with a vet and then make a decision which is in the best interests of the animal.
5. Any behavioural problems regarding pets should be indicated at the time of booking.
6. Lady & Lead is insured but wherever possible pets should also be insured by the client.

Terms and Conditions - Dog Walking
1. Cancellations - for cancellations of walks for a period of 1 week or more one month's notice is required. For cancellations of 1 or 2 days walks a week's notice is required. If the required notice is not given charges will be applied in full for the cancelled period.
2. All dogs being exercised must be fully vaccinated and on a regular flea and worm control regime.
3. Lady & Lead reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time & with immediate effect if the dog does not respond well to walking with me.
4. All dogs will be exercised on a lead unless prior agreement has been reached and a disclaimer form has been signed.
5. I will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk if necessary because of extreme weather conditions (i.e, snow, thunder storms) for the safety of both the dog and myself.
3. The client must provide all items necessary for your pet to be adequately cared for in your absence.
Terms and Conditions - Pet Sitting/Visiting
1. Any cancellations must be made more than 48 hrs in advance or the full rate will be charged.
2. Lady & Lead will take adequate steps to ensure your home is safe and secure in your absence, however I cannot be held responsible for any burglaries where the house has been locked before leaving, or accidents caused by your pet(s).
3. The client must provide all items necessary for your pet to be adequately cared for in your absence.
Terms and Conditions - Pet Taxi
2. Any cancellations must be made more than 24 hrs in advance or the full rate will be charged.
3. Clients must notify the veterinary surgery that Lady & Lead will be attending the appointment on their behalf and ensure that arrangements for payment have been made with either Lady & Lead or the vet.
4. Any owner wishing to accompany Lady & Lead whilst an animal is being transported accepts that they do so at their own risk and that Lady & Lead does not accept any liability for any accident, injury or delay incurred during transportation.

1. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Lady & Lead and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
2. The information contained within the Website is provided on an “as is” basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website.
3. By accessing the content of the Website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the services on the Website and leave immediately.
4. You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
5. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by Lady & Lead arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
